The following Terms of Use are entered into by and between You and My Ecom Empire. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

The material appearing on the website www.myecomempire.com (“this Site”), is provided as information about courses, programs and story’s, or as a platform for online connection and community. The owner of this Site (My Ecom Empire),” Nancy Vong” and its directors, agents, employees and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any consequences resulting directly or indirectly from any action or inaction you take based on the information found on or material linked to on this site.

The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of www.myecomempire.com, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.myecomempire.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

If we have materials on the Site which you can download, a revocable, non-exclusive license is granted for you to download copies of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

If Nancy Vong discovers that you have illegally misappropriated or used any of the intellectual property you were granted access to, you will be blacklisted from any future programs and will seek all extent of legal remedies and you will be required to cover all legal fees necessary to enforce these rights.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the program(s). You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit the work outlined in the terms and conditions for the program you are requesting a cancellation/refund for.

Due to the digital nature of our program, any refunds made after 30 days of enrollment will be denied.  

An example of a situation where we wouldn’t give a refund is if someone doesn’t put in any effort, doesn’t try at our courses, doesn’t take full responsibility for their own success and then asks for their money back. We also do not offer refunds for the following: (1) attempts to use the refund policy as a way to opt-out of any existing financial obligation and/or payment plan already committed to us upon signing up for our program, and/or (2) inability to complete the program within the 12 months. Access period is 12 months from the date you enter inside the program.

By purchasing the My Ecom Empire digital download, you agree to these Terms of Use. All content in My Ecom Empire is property of Nancy Vong and/or our affiliates or licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.  You may use My Ecom Empire for your own personal use only.  You may not republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, display, distribute to friends, family, or any other third party, or use any material for commercial purposes, or in any way that earns you or any third party money (other than by applying it generally in your own business). Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the strategies, ideas, and techniques mentioned, your finances, knowledge, and various skills. Since these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot guarantee your success or income level. Nor are we responsible for any of your actions. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other

Disclaimer: Due to the digital nature of our course, we do not offer refunds for those who do not do their due diligence to ensure the course is the right fit for them. It is the customer's responsibility to review our sales page and terms and conditions carefully prior to purchase, use or access to any of our products and online courses. Please note, we do not offer partial refunds for our programs and our exclusive bonuses and course extensions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Governing Law
Any claim relating to Nancy Vong website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
